For the purposes of ZTL and what you’ll mostly do, you’ll manage users from the Default WordPress area. You can go to WordPress > Users.
After you navigate to users. You can hover over any user and click edit. This will open their user details.
New users must be manually approved by an admin. There is a video reference section at the bottom which shows how to do this.
You can adjust names, nickname, email address, set new password, enroll user into new training, mark training complete, remove training completion status, etc.
